Overall the system is simple. You commit to buy a minimum quantity of DVDs (usually no less than 200).  We attend your event 2 or 3 day event and film as much as possible and we work with you promote your video during your event.  We will create video previews and teasers during the event from the video we shoot, to help generate interest, and promote DVD sales.  After the event, we go back to our studio and create the movie. In a short time, you will have a long lasting documentary of your organizations hard work and efforts, and hopefully boosted the organizations funds at the same time.
